I’m working on adding an Ultratronics pro board to my Ender 3 pro. This board requires different connections than most printers do, including the Creality printers. The Creality printers use the XH2.54 connectors and the Ultratronics uses the Molex KK 254. I didn’t want to buy these connectors together with the terminals and go through the effort of crimping them. So I modified a KK 254 connector to fit the terminals used by the Creality printer. The download consists of several files:

  • The stl files for 2, 3 and 4 pole connectors
  • The Fusion 360 files for 2, 3 and 4 pole connectors
  • The Fusion 360 files of the connector ends
  • The Fusion 360 files for the center pin(s)

It’s possible to make your own configuration with the end and mid parts. Simply move one of the end part (standard pitch 2.54mm) and add as many mid parts as you’d like. Select all parts and use the combine function to make one body. Note: this will only work if you’ve broken the link to the original files.

This shows that it’s possible to print these small connectors on a standard printer.
