Refund Policy

Digital products — no physical goods Proper Printing sells digital files only (such as STL and STEP files). No physical products are shipped.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers) Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. However, you expressly waive this right when you download or access a digital product, by confirming at checkout that you acknowledge the immediate delivery of digital content and the loss of your right of withdrawal.

No refunds after download Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer a refund, as the product has been delivered in full.

Exceptions — refunds we do grant We will issue a full refund if:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• The file does not match the product description
• A technical error prevented delivery

In these cases, contact us at contact@properprinting.pro within 30 days of purchase. We will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing a corrected file. If we cannot resolve it, a full refund will be issued within 10 business days.

Governing law This policy is governed by Dutch law. EU consumers retain all statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
