Digital products only Proper Printing sells digital files exclusively (such as STL and STEP files). We do not sell or ship physical products.

Delivery All purchases are delivered digitally. After completing your order, you will receive a download link via email and through your account on our website. There are no shipping costs, delivery times, or customs fees associated with your purchase.

Download issues If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your files, contact us at contact@properprinting.pro with your order number and we will resolve it promptly.
